Yale Schwarzman Center is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager brings broad and deep experience to a highly collaborative team that includes programming, community experience, marketing and communications, technical production, and building logistics. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Manager supports the management and implementation of marketing, communications, audience services, and community experience activities from planning through execution and evaluation in a fast-moving, mission-driven start-up organization. Ideal candidates will bring a passion for arts and culture with demonstrated ability to prioritize curiosity and creativity in their work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to create compelling stories and messages that articulate the artistic vision and mission of the Schwarzman Center while ensuring brand consistency (visual identity, voice, style) across print materials and electronic platforms. The candidate can manage and monitor delivery channels for newsworthy content, including updating and maintaining websites, social media accounts, and articles for email newsletters, and producing multi-media content. The candidate will also manage and supervise the work of graphic and web designers, student staff, printers, video producers, and photographers, and design print and digital content, including playbills, programs, and posters, in accordance with brand guidelines. This candidate will provide support in the management and implementation of front-of-house operations for programs and events, including ticketing, wayfinding, and ushering.
