About

Mark Pagano is a songwriter, educator, and recording artist who has been performing professionally for more than 20 years. Mark performs throughout the US with his rock and roll band FIRE DOG's and under his solo family music moniker, Marko Polo. His recents albums, “Mammal Music”(2022), “Aqua Phonic”(2023), and the forthcoming “Tree Sounds"(2025) explore themes about the natural world and were produced by Grammy Winning Childrens’ producer Dean Jones. These efforts along with FIRE DOG’s "For the Kids"(2015), “Endangered Species Project”(2018)," and "It's FIRE DOG!!!"(2019) have become the cornerstone for his work in schools and libraries as he aims to raise awareness around environmental themes. Mark's unique brand of rock n’ roll and pop sensibilities connects with listeners of all stripes. He performs regularly at museums, libraries, and schools around the US. His tunes have been featured on JUMP radio, Radio Active Kids, Zooglobble’s More Weird Review, Electric Kids Music, Playtime Playlist, and more.
