About

Meredith Arcari Luciano is a painter, photographer, educator, and founder of Arcari Flora, a nature-based arts initiative. Her work weaves together art, ecology, storytelling, and community engagement, creating programs that blend sensory gardens, environmental stewardship, and visual art. With a background in art education and geography, Meredith integrates painting, mixed media, and photography to explore themes of biodiversity, habitat restoration, and cultural connections to land. Through projects such as Rewilding Spaces, Meredith develops immersive experiences for schools, museums, and community organizations, emphasizing creativity, ecological awareness, and well-being. She has exhibited paintings inspired by landscapes from Arizona to Peru, while also designing interactive programs that highlight the role of flora, fauna, and storytelling in human flourishing. Her practice is rooted in the belief that art can rebuild connections between people and the natural world, offering pathways for reflection, education, and healing.
