About
Benjamin is a 5th Generation resident of Fort Worth and has resided on the Eastside of our City for nearly two decades. As Vice President and Director of Business Development, he oversees the procurement efforts for both the North and South Texas markets. These efforts include oversight of proposals, client relationships, and strategic joint venture partnerships. Benjamin joined Byrne in 2003 after moving back home to Texas from Washington, DC and quickly found his niche in project procurement and business development. Since that time, Benjamin has helped Byrne win over $6 billion in projects. Benjamin lives by the mantra “You can’t change the world from the sidelines!” He has a passion for community empowerment and growth, and serves on multiple boards, committees, and commissions, including Trinity Metro, Texas Health Community Impact Foundation, CDFW Transit Initiative, Rising Tide Initiative, Samaritan House, Steer FW Legacy, Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Ben is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Fort Worth and a 2016 honoree of the Fort Worth Business Press 40 Under 40 Award. When he’s not in the office or out in the community, he spends time with his wife and family including their two military sons (Cameron, Army and Jonathan, Air Force), daughter Kaitlyn (Currently at Oklahoma State University), and the newest addition their Granddaughter Anastasia.
